64 played in superb conditions in warm sunny weather and some excellent scores were returned. The Lanhyrock pairing of Martin Nicholas & Paul Chivers scored a great 45 points, one point ahead of Mike Hayes and Dave Inch. In the amateur sector last 9 count back decided the remaining placings. Grant Slater (Trevose) won the individual professional prize with a one under par round just ahead of the home pro Nick Rogers Mike Hodges. The Falmouth Captain welcomed the Alliance to the club and presented the awards. Andy Welch, the Alliance vice captain thanked the club for hosting the event "the course and catering was excellent and much appreciated by all".

Next Alliance at Launceston on Weds 4th April and then at St Austell Weds 25th April. The final meeting will be the Mixed Alliance at Carlyon Bay on Thurs 3rd May.
