The weather was thankfully predominantly dry with some showery rain affecting the later starters. 60 members took part. A highlight of the day was a hole in one by Norman Evans from the St Enodoc club. Dave Neville (Carlyon Bay) did very well and won the amateur prize 2 points ahead of Dave Holland (Falmouth). Gary Lenaghan (Trevose) and Andy Michael (China Fleet) tied for the individual professional award with Richard Sadler a shot behind. The Alliance were welcomed to Bude GC by Mark Yeo the club professional who also presented the prizes. Gary Lenaghan (the Alliance captain) thanked Bude for hosting the event the Greenkeeer and his staff and the catering, all were excellent. The next Alliance is at Trevose on the 15th December, (fully booked already) then to St Enodoc on Jan 4th 2012
