Richard O'Hanlon Champion Professional for season 2008/09

Robin Smith, Dick Knight, Martin Biddle, Tony Pitts, Richard Sadler.

69 members played in the Championships meeting at St Austell. John Nicholls from Looe retained the individual amateur trophy he won last year at Falmouth. John was also in the team which won the Brian Gripe memorial Cup with Martin Biddle and Dick Knight. The professional championship was shared between Richard Sadler and Tony Pitts. The professional ORDER OF MERIT trophy for the Alliance 2008/09 season went to Richard O'Hanlon the Lanhydrock professional, Richard also won the Professional Match Play award with Russell Binney (St Austell) runner up. (This was played during the 2008 summer). The amateur ORDER OF MERIT for the Alliance 2008/09 season went to Robin Smith from Cape Cornwall.
